Make Up Class

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, causing your child to miss a class. To accommodate such situations, we offer makeup classes subject to the availability of open spots in our other classes.

  • Makeup Class Availability: If your child is unable to attend a scheduled class, we will strive to provide a makeup class option. Makeup classes will be offered based on the availability of open spots in our other classes.

  • Scheduling Makeup Classes: To schedule a makeup class, please email info@kindleandgrace.com, and we will work with you to identify suitable options based on the availability of open spots in our other classes.

Please note that makeup class availability is subject to the capacity of our classes and the schedule of other students. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee makeup class availability.

Refund for Class Enrollment

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in our class. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Full Refund: If you change your mind about enrolling in our class up to two weeks prior to the scheduled class start date, you are eligible for a full refund of your enrollment fees. Please contact us within this timeframe to initiate the refund process.

  • 50% Refund: If you decide to cancel your enrollment in our class up to the same date as the scheduled class, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your enrollment fees. Please notify us in advance to initiate the refund process.

  • No Retroactive Refunds: Please note that no refund will be issued for missed classes.

Unusual Cases: In certain exceptional circumstances, we understand that there may be unforeseen situations that warrant special consideration. If you believe your case falls into such a category, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review and make a case-by-case decision regarding any modifications to the refund policy.

Refund for Camp/ workshop Enrollment

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in our class. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Full Refund: If you change your mind about enrolling in our class up to 10 days prior to the scheduled activity, you are eligible for a full refund of your enrollment fees. Please contact us within this timeframe to initiate the refund process.

  • 50% Refund: If you decide to cancel your enrollment in our class up to 48 hours as the scheduled class, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your enrollment fees. Please notify us in advance to initiate the refund process.

  • Cancellation on the same date as the scheduled activity is not eligible for a refund.

Class Pick-Up Policy

We understand the convenience of waiting in the car for your child to go home with you. However, when picking up your child, we kindly request that you come into the studio and check out with our instructors.

While we value fostering independence, ensuring your child's safety is our top priority. By personally checking out with our instructors, we can ensure that your child is leaving our premises in the care of authorized individuals. If someone unfamiliar with our team will be picking up your child, please inform us in advance.

Your cooperation helps us maintain a secure environment for all our students.

Payment Collection:  We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
Photography and social media: During the classes, open studios and workshops, we may take photos of the children for social media posts. By attending the classes, open studios and workshops the students and family agree to grant permission for themselves and their children to be photographed and for these photos to be used for promotional purposes by Kindle & Grace Art Studio.

We understand that some parents may prefer not to have their child's pictures shared on social media. If you, or any of your guests, would like to opt out and prefer that your child's photos will not be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in advance. We will ensure that your/ your guest’s child is not included in any social media posts. Your privacy and preferences are important to us.
Art Supplies and Clothing: While most of our art supplies are kid-friendly and washable, some materials may stain clothing. Please be mindful that this is an art studio, and the studio is not responsible for any damage to clothing.
Liability Release: By participating in the classes and related activities, you agree to release Kindle & Grace Art Studio from liability for any accident or injury sustained during the time spent at our studio. You grant permission for yourself and your children to voluntarily participate in classes, workshops and open studios.
